Thanks for taking a look at my portfolio! I am Dameni, a twenty-two year old student at the UvA with a passion for art, culture and everything connected to it.

I started drawing and painting when I was very young, I have been writing for some time and got into photography just a few years ago. I aspire to grow as an artist and tell stories the way I perceive them through frames, canvasses and my own words.

I use photography to capture moments that would otherwise only last for a glimpse, i use it to combine the art of noticing and the power of perspective. The medium is playful and confronting, and can spark joy for so many.
